Ongoing increases in fuel costs and carrier levies continue to impact freight across the industry.
At the same time, upstream cost pressures are building, with suppliers and manufacturers passing through increases on raw materials, packaging, and production. These are not isolated changes — they are being felt across the entire supply chain. Recent examples include a 22% increase on glass jar packaging reported from one supplier, along with a 3.5% product increase from our packaging provider.
Rather than applying broad price increases across our product range, we have chosen to introduce a targeted delivery fuel surcharge on all orders from 28/9/26.
This approach allows us to remain transparent and minimise the impact on product pricing. The surcharge will be reviewed in line with fuel cost movements.

We believe this is the most transparent and fair approach, allowing us to keep product pricing as stable as possible.
This surcharge may be adjusted in line with fuel costs over time.
